Who we are
Suru is founder-led and deliberately small. Rather than carry a large payroll, we work as a tight group of senior specialists — architects and engineers who have spent years designing and running enterprise systems — and bring in exactly the right people for each project. You get seasoned expertise on the work in front of you, not a bench of juniors learning on your budget.
That background was built on large, complex environments. Today we point it at small and mid-sized businesses — the companies where a few well-placed systems make the biggest difference. Same rigor, right-sized for the problem and the budget.
How we think about AI
AI is a tool, not the point. We're not here to replace your team or bolt a chatbot onto everything so we can call it modern.
