Connected the shop floor to the books
A manufacturer was re-keying data between their manufacturing software and their accounting system by hand. We built custom connectors so orders, inventory, and costs move between the two automatically — ending the double entry and the errors that rode along with it.

A single source of truth
For a client buried in disconnected tools, we built a company-wide data and retrieval platform that unifies email, contacts, CRM, business software, and accounting into one source of truth. Beyond C-suite dashboards for KPIs, billing, utilization, and profitability, it builds a profile of every client and maps the relationships between them — client to client, client to staff — surfacing the connections and nuances that used to live only in people's heads.

We built a retrieval system over a manufacturer's own processes and documentation — effectively an AI expert on how their business actually runs. Staff get accurate answers about their operations instead of chasing down tribal knowledge.

A client's full financial history, on demand
For accounting firms, we built a retrieval system over each client's complete records. For clients who have been with the firm for years, an accountant can rewind to any point in time and see that client's financial snapshot and tax position exactly as it stood then — a genuine research tool, not just an archive. It also gets new hires up to speed fast, grounding them in the real specifics of the accounts they'll manage instead of generic onboarding.

Every contract, searchable
A law firm's knowledge is buried across thousands of contracts and documents. We built a retrieval system that reads all of it, so attorneys can research questions against the firm's own legal record — and quickly surface the relevant language when a contract or document needs to be reviewed, instead of combing through files by hand.
